Bigger and Better - NomadE5

NomadE5, part of the Isos Group, is a not-for-profit housing association providing affordable housing right across the North East.

The Residents
From the outset the views of residents on the estate have helped shape the regeneration. The Cleadon Park Community Partnership selected Enterprise 5 Housing Association and Bellway Homes as preferred regeneration partners. The Cleadon Park Partnership was formed. This four-way partnership ongoing talks with residents are maintained throughout the transformation.
This partnership arrangement, as well as more consultation events, will ensure that residents are given a voice throughout the regeneration process with their views sought on everything from the lettings policy to the actual design of their homes.
